Loan Interest Rate:
The Loan Interest rate is 3% annually and this annual interest rate will apply and as it will be clearly stated in the Project Finance Loan Terms Sheet and the Project Finance Loan Agreement respectively. Total Interest rate will be paid yearly by the Borrower upon the elapsed term. The Maximum Loan duration for Loan / Funding is ten (10) Years and depends upon the availability of the client’s Bank Guarantee or Standby Letter of Credit instrument to back up funding.
The loan will be made available within 15 banking days, to the BORROWER bank account, upon transmission, processing and final verification and presentation of the loan security such as Bank Guarantee (BG) or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) which must be an irrevocable confirmed default payment guarantee.
Funding is provided through High Net Worth investors and their financial resources, within 15 banking days, as soon as the mandatory required Loan Collateral (Bank Guarantee or SBLC) is provided and confirmed on a bank to bank basis.
The BORROWER is permitted and allowed to sign this PROJECT FINANCE LOAN OFFER and request a Loan Terms Sheet only if he/she is irrevocably in agreement to withdraw and terminate our financial funding at any time whenever the Lender receives information that the BORROWER is using this Project Finance Loan for illegal operations such as terrorism, fraudulent operations like drug deals, illegal weapons deals, human trafficking, forced labor, or to initiate, or support any political campaigns.
